By accessing or using FitMind AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FitMind AI provides an AI-powered fitness coaching platform including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. The Service is intended for general wellness purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

      ⚠️ FitMind AI is NOT a medical service. The content generated by our AI is for informational and general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

One account per person — no sharing accounts

5. Acceptable Use

Share your account credentials with others

8. Physiotherapist Accounts

Healthcare professionals using the Clinic plan are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable medical regulations in their jurisdiction. FitMind AI provides tools to support — not replace — professional clinical judgment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FitMind AI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated plans created for you are yours to use personally but may not be resold.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitMind AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
